Believe it or not,loss weigt can actually be fun.For example,drinking chocolate,milk after a workout to provide body with carbohydrates and protein you needs and to recover and build muscle. Caffeinate yourself with coffee or tea.Caffeine can help to increase endurance and make workouts feel easier. Just go easy on it, as too much coffeine can be dangerous for your heart. Also ,limit suger and sweeteners should use. Remember you try to reduce your calories. Finally and most importantly, pick types of exercise you enjoy. IF you absolutly hate it or running yoga, stop doing it and find something else. Working hard to lose weight is one thing, but there is no point doing exercises that make you miserable. whether it summer or dancing, or gardending, choose the type of exercise you love and stick with it.
